Lights off, spot on! On September 25 2019, the founding ceremony of Blockchain Bayern e.V. took place at the IHK Munich. 330 invited guests from politics and business followed the keynotes of Bavarian Digital Minister Judith Gerlach and Prof. Dr. Philipp Sandner, Head of the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center (FSBC).
The potential that Bavaria already has as a blockchain location was successfully demonstrated in application pitches. Among them was citema CEO Rainer Keiditsch, who presented our Hybrid Blockchain Solution secChain and showed the advantages of combining private and public blockchains.
